Solera is one of the world’s leading providers of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry. They are a multibillion dollar publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “SLH”. Solera needed an Audio Video technology company to provide rental equipment and production services to help produce the company’s 2014 “SLH Investor Day” meeting, held February 17th through the 19th at Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers in New York City.
Having worked with the company on previous events, Solera partnered with Tallen Technology Rentals for the SLH Investor Day event. Tallen was tasked with configuring and running the audio, video, content, lighting, as well as custom set design and build to support formal presentations by Tony Aquila, Founder, Chairman and CEO and other Solera leaders, as well as a Q&A with members of the senior management team. Design parameters were structured around a garage where the company started, which we incorporated into the set design and technology.
“We put the entire SLH Investor Day event together for Solera in just under 3 weeks, and over the final 48 hours leading up to the event, there were a large number of last-minute changes and additions that had to be incorporated, but we ensured that had no impact on the quality of the event,” said Sean Byrne, Tallen’s National Account Manager. “Having done a similar event for Solera the year prior, they knew they could count on Tallen, and we delivered, in large part because our experienced technical personnel has the flexible mentality to allow us to accommodate last-minute changes, no matter how extensive.”
